About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Managers to join our fast-growing team in the healthcare Space. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building long-term partnerships with corporates and institutions.
You will be responsible for driving new business development, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. If you have a strong background in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within healthcare or healthtech, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard new corporate clients through effective lead generation and prospecting
* Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing) to deliver value-added solutions
* Regularly track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
* Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market developments
What Were Looking For:
* 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, preferably in Healthcare, Healthtech, or related domains
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proven ability to drive sales targets and close enterprise-level deals
* Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup-like environment
* Willingness to travel as per business needs
