About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven
B2B Sales Managers
to join our fast-growing team in the healthcare/healthtech space. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building long-term partnerships with corporates and institutions.

You will be responsible for driving new business development, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. If you have a strong background in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within healthcare or healthtech, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients through effective lead generation and prospecting
  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing) to deliver value-added solutions
  • Regularly track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market developments

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, preferably in
    Healthcare, Healthtech, or related domains
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales targets and close enterprise-level deals
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup-like environment
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs
