Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming the social sector in India. We partner with trusts/foundations/NGOs and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their efficiencies in their chosen sector thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. We partner with corporates/philanthropists to help them run their programs/projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc. to NGOs and corporates alike, and assist in running programs/projects professionally.

**Position Overview**:
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the B2B sales and corporate partnerships domain. As a fresher in this role, you will focus on supporting the team in building and maintaining valuable partnerships, engaging with stakeholders, and conducting research to enhance business opportunities.

**Day-to-day roles & responsibilities include**:

- Assist the senior team in identifying and reaching out to potential business clients.
- Help create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Track and report the status of each account, manage a portfolio of key clients, and keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure partner information is correct.
- Regularly update the leadership team and external stakeholders on the progress of key initiatives.
- Visit clients and attend industry events to build relationships and network.
- Help resolve any issues or queries from current partners quickly and efficiently.

**Key skills required**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (2024 passed out).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales principles and an interest in learning the sales process.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing records and tasks.
- Immediate joiner

**Duration**: 3 months

**Stipend**: 10,000 per month

**Location**:Remote (preferably from Bangalore)

**Note**: Students pursuing graduation will not be considered

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
