  • Strong experience sourcing and hiring for functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Good knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
