Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes, enhance employer branding, and improve candidate selection.
HR Business Partner:
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR matters and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to understand their department's needs, challenges, and goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's growth and culture.
- Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development programs.
- Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Proficient in HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is desirable.
