About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in scaling our team.
The focus of this role will be 70% recruitment (end-to-end talent acquisition) and 30% HR operations (onboarding, exits, documentation, HRIS support).
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in fintech/startup environments and a proven ability to drive bulk hiring for sales teams.

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office - Gurugram).
Experience Required: 3-7 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Lead bulk hiring drives for sales and business roles across multiple locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates using diverse sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and strengthen employer branding throughout the hiring journey.
- Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Manage onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and employee integration.
- Coordinate and execute exit processes, ensuring compliance and smooth offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely HRIS updates.
- Support HR documentation and facilitate coordination with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong expertise in bulk hiring for sales roles.
- Prior experience in fintech/startup environments strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with onboarding, exit management, and basic HR operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA in HR or equivalent degree preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
