Assist in organizing career fairs, virtual hiring events, and university outreach programs focused on energy and engineering talent. Any other responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skill SetsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, or engineering sector.

Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with technical job profiles common in the energy industry. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse).
