Head-New Products Development and Solutions

Head- Products & Solutions- B2B Network

The person would be responsible for creating end to end stitched journeys for all Airtel Business Products – Private Networks/IoT/MPLS/SDWAN/BoD/ILL/IWAN/FWA. He would be working as a single SPOC for all business teams to understand the market requirement and design the network accordingly. He would be responsible to reach out to the customers to understand their requirement and build solutions. He would be required to simplify, streamline the process and ways of working for existing/upcoming product/solution.

Job description

  • To plan the product strategy and get it implemented for all the Airtel Business new products.
  • To lead a team of Network Product Managers to drive all new products and solutions for Airtel Business
  • To build the end to end , complete digital journey at all network touch points for all the products from ideation to planning, delivery and assurance stage.
  • To build a team of SMEs to lead the end to end network journey for all products as Private Networks, SDWAN, IoT, BoD, IWAN, FWA.
  • To drive product development of the digital infrastructure to offer high-quality products to enterprise customers.
  • Digitizing the entire life cycle of the customer journey for all products across B2B.
  • Engage with business teams and customers to understand the market trends and work with NPD CFT to create the new products and solutions accordingly.
