Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Associate to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will gain exposure to every step of the product journey from idea to launch and contribute to building products that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support the end-to-end product development process from concept to commercialization.


• Assist in developing formulations, conducting lab trials, and optimizing recipes.


• Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Procurement, Production, Marketing) to ensure smooth scale-up and launches.


• Conduct market research and benchmarking for new product ideas.


• Document formulations, trials, and results accurately and systematically.


• Participate in sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies.


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards during trials.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in product development or R&D.


• Strong understanding of ingredients, processing technologies, and formulation basics.


• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and basic lab practices.


• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.


• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.


• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
