Role Overview -

We are looking for a New Product Development Intern to join our culinary innovation team. This role will involve supporting the creation, testing, and launch of new menu items and product lines. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food innovation, a curious mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and brand development environment.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Assist the culinary and R&D team in brainstorming and developing new product ideas aligned with our philosophy.
  • Conduct market research on food trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Carry out recipe trials, testing, and detailed documentation of results.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine taste, presentation, and nutritional value of dishes.
  • Help prepare product samples and gather feedback from internal teams and test groups.
  • Maintain accurate records of ingredient costs, portion sizes, and recipe iterations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for product launches.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are strictly followed during trials.
  • Train the team on the preparation and execution of newly designed bowls.
