Role Overview

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Interns to support our day-to-day kitchen and business operations. This role is a mix of procurement, supply chain, and finance-related responsibilities, offering hands-on exposure to how a food brand runs.

Key Responsibilities -

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source and manage daily ingredients (fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, pantry items).
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring quality and fair pricing.

Inventory & Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, inventory, and wastage
  • Track procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and report regularly
  • Collaborate with kitchen and brand teams for smooth daily operations

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and expense records
  • Provide timely financial reporting to management
