Massive Mobility is looking to hire a passionate Product Development Associate to drive day-to-day project activities/deliverables and handle technical documentation.

Massive Mobility Pvt. Ltd.
) is an EV charging company that is creating an EV ecosystem in India by building a super-dense, smart, connected network of charging solutions catering to EVs (3-wheelers/ 2-wheelers/ 4-wheelers).

Massive Mobility operates an EV Charging Solutions brand,

). 1C has developed its own EV Charging hardware and software solutions and has created a marketplace for charger OEMs with multiple brands listed on its website.

The Role

  • Support the CTO in product development, technical documentation, and daily project management.
  • Be an active part of the Product Team, driving day-to-day project activities and deliverables.
  • Conduct daily scrums, maintain records, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and user guides for new technologies developed by Massive Mobility.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of product features.

Qualifications

  • Prior relevant internship experience is mandatory.
  • Strong technical understanding with excellent documentation skills, including writing specifications and user guides.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Good understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Passion for electric vehicles, clean energy, and emerging technologies.
