Key Responsibilities

  • End to End-to-end responsible for Product P&L and Product Life Cycle from Need analysis to Product Positioning, Supplier Management and Go To Market Strategy.
  • Additionally, Responsible for the Top Line and Gross Margin of ParaSafe.
  • Supervise Marketing and Sales Team
  • Define, develop, and implement product strategy aligned with the companys objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new product opportunities.
  • Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations) to achieve business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for assigned products.
  • Establish business plans, sales targets, and performance metrics.
  • Take ownership of overall P&L and product-specific P&L, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for administrative roles, including office operations, process compliance, and documentation.
  • Manage manpower, including team allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
  • Ensure resource allocation, budget control, and cost optimization for product initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to teams for achieving business excellence.
