Product Head
to lead the design, development, and implementation of digital systems (CRM, ERP, internal tools, and market-driven solutions) that will power the next phase of our growth.

Role Overview:

The
Product Head
will be responsible for building and managing all technology-driven products and platforms for the company. This role demands someone who can combine
technical expertise, product vision, and market understanding
to deliver solutions that meet business needs, enhance efficiency, and stay aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Management

  • Conceptualize, design, and build technical solutions (CRM, ERP, reporting systems, workflow automation, etc.) tailored to business needs.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party tools or build in-house systems as per market standards and organizational requirements.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Continuously improve systems through upgrades, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.

Technology Leadership

  • Act as the
    technical architect
    for internal platforms and digital tools.
  • Identify latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices suitable for the business.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and long-term sustainability of systems.

Training & Change Management

  • Train employees and end-users on newly developed or deployed systems.
  • Build user manuals, conduct workshops, and ensure smooth adoption of products across departments.
  • Act as the bridge between business teams and technology, ensuring solutions are practical and easy to use.

Quality & Market Alignment

  • Benchmark Cartrends' systems against
    market standards and industry leaders.
  • Ensure products deliver competitive advantage and business value.
  • Monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate based on business and market needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in
    product development, ERP/CRM systems, and technology implementation.
  • Strong technical expertise in system architecture, software development, and integration.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms).
  • Experience in bug fixing, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Ability to train and upskill teams on technology adoption.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and market awareness of modern digital tools.
