About the Company (Startup):

A fast-growing gaming commerce (G-Commerce) startup building SDKs, in-game stores, wallets, and analytics that let studios and brands monetise player engagement—responsibly and at scale. Small, senior team; high ownership; ship fast.

The Role:

You'll own product strategy and execution across our SDK/Console, in-game Store, Pricing Models, Wallet/Payments, and Analytics. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and BD to deliver seamless, high-converting experiences for studios, brands, and players.

What You'll Own:

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for SDK/Console, Store, Wallet, Pricing, and Analytics.
  • Drive growth: optimize funnels (visit → register → first game → first purchase → retained payer), ARPDAU/ARPPU, LTV/CAC.
  • Lead game-commerce initiatives: IAPs, item store, subscriptions/VIP, loyalty/rewards, regional pricing.
  • Own payments & wallet flows end-to-end: deposits/withdrawals, refunds, reconciliation, ledgering, failover & success-rate improvement.
  • Partner onboarding: reduce time-to-first-value for studios/brands; improve developer experience (docs, versions, sample apps).
  • Instrument, experiment, and iterate: A/B tests, cohort analysis, guardrails & rollbacks; ship high-impact launches quickly.

What You've Done (Requirements):

  • 4+ years
    in product management with
    hands-on game commerce/monetization
    (not just engagement).
  • Proven wins improving
    payer conversion/retention
    with measurable uplifts (please include metrics).
  • Practical ownership of
    payments & wallet
    : gateways (UPI/cards/net-banking), success-rate/latency, refunds, KYC/AML, fraud/velocity limits, and
    EOD reconciliation/ledgering
    .
  • Experience shipping
    pricing/incentives
    (bundles, VIP/battle pass, regional pricing) and running disciplined experiments.
  • Ability to lead a small, senior, cross-functional team and align BD/partners, engineering, and design to revenue dates.

Nice to Have:

  • SDK/Console or platformization experience (APIs, webhooks, versioning, partner analytics).
  • Real-money gaming (RMG) exposure and compliance awareness.
  • Strong product storytelling; can turn data into clear decisions.
