About the Role:

We're looking for a
Business Head
to drive the overall growth, profitability, and operational excellence of our influencer marketing agency. This is a
cross-functional leadership role
that requires close collaboration across Sales, Campaign Management, Planning & Strategy, and Creator Relations teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, people management skills, and a proven track record of scaling operations and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the agency's short-term and long-term business goals in line with the founders' vision.
  • Identify and build new business verticals, revenue streams, and partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee P&L management, ensuring profitability across all departments and projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize growth strategies.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Oversee and align the efforts of all major departments —
    Sales, Planning & Strategy, Pricing, Campaign Management, and Operations.
  • Act as the key link between teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely execution, and consistent brand outcomes.
  • Create structured frameworks for interdepartmental collaboration, communication, and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks that impact delivery or efficiency.

3. Sales & Client Success

  • Work closely with the Sales and Brand Partnerships teams to set revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Oversee client retention initiatives and ensure high satisfaction levels across all accounts.
  • Support in onboarding high-value clients and guiding sales teams in negotiations, pricing, and proposal structuring.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Build and implement scalable processes to enhance productivity, reduce turnaround time, and optimize resources.
  • Ensure all departments adhere to defined SLAs, SOPs, and reporting structures.
  • Monitor business performance through data-driven insights and present key metrics to leadership.
  • Drive the use of technology and automation tools to streamline internal processes.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and guide department heads and managers to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Work with HR to build strong hiring and retention strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and align incentive plans with business performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience:
    8–12 years of experience in business management, operations, or leadership roles — preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem, brand-agency dynamics, and digital trends.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Leadership experience with multi-functional teams (Sales, Strategy, Operations, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
