Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company's projects, pricing, and unique selling points.
  • Assist the sales team in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
  • Support in closing sales deals under the guidance of senior sales executives.
  • Participate in marketing activities, property exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors/clients at the sales office or project site.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and handling enquiries.
  • Assist clients during site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth interactions.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Provide accurate information about ongoing projects, amenities, and pricing.
  • Ensure a pleasant and professional atmosphere in the reception and lounge area.
  • Support in organizing client meetings, events, and project walkthroughs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate (Hospitality, Communication, or Business background preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
  • Presentable, courteous, and client-oriented personality.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
