Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's projects, pricing, and unique selling points.
- Assist the sales team in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
- Support in closing sales deals under the guidance of senior sales executives.
- Participate in marketing activities, property exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Welcome and greet visitors/clients at the sales office or project site.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and handling enquiries.
- Assist clients during site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth interactions.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Provide accurate information about ongoing projects, amenities, and pricing.
- Ensure a pleasant and professional atmosphere in the reception and lounge area.
- Support in organizing client meetings, events, and project walkthroughs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Hospitality, Communication, or Business background preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
- Presentable, courteous, and client-oriented personality.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
