Role & responsibilities

  • Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal .

  • Welcome guests at the time of arrival and giving a good farewell to guest at the end of the event.
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • If required overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
  • Should possess detailed information about the organization, guest profile, name and position.
  • Providing excellent customer service as per organization standards.
  • Greeting guests as they enter and exit the EDR facility.
  • Providing information regarding the emergency exits and needs during the time of emergency.
  • Menu knowledge its assortments, accompaniments, rates .
  • Printing of menus, crockery and cutlery arrangements, set-up, cloth-ware and table-wares in sufficient quantity.
  • Co-ordinate with housekeeping for cleaning of EDR facility, sanitization and pest control measures.
  • Collect Guest feedback at the close of event along with his likes and dislikes and maintaining a data base.
  • Overlooking support staff.
  • Should be able to handle all customers without bias or prejudice.
  • Follow the organization rules and policies laid down by the management.
  • Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Consciously and continuously strive to better her skills and increase her knowledge.
  • Must be able to work shifts - days,evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Professional in demeanour and presentation.
