Role & responsibilities
Were looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our Chennai team, youll be the face of our brand ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, warmth, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure and provide flawless, professional, and high-quality customer service experiences.
Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic input to continuously enhance guest satisfaction and overall ratings.
Respond promptly to guest needs, anticipating unstated expectations and personalising service.
Manage guest relations and engagement activities to create memorable experiences.
Build positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns courteously and efficiently.
Greet and assist guests warmly, handle inquiries (in-person and via phone), and ensure seamless communication.
Coordinate and organise events and activities approved by the head office.
Maintain orderliness at the front desk and ensure all documents are properly arranged.
Report maintenance issues or malfunctioning equipment promptly for quick resolution.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front office preferred.
