Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive based in Chennai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Key responsibilities include managing guest relations, handling receptionist duties, assisting with event coordination, and providing information about venue offerings. This role involves actively promoting services to guests and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the values and quality standards of VGP Heritage Venues.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to provide an exceptional experience for all visitors.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with a diverse range of guests and colleagues.
  • Experience in Sales, with an ability to promote venue services and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front-desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining records.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Prior experience in the events or hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
