Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (Female Staffs Only)

Location: Chennai (Perumbakkam)

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of the company , Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will ensure that all guests receive personalized service and assistance during their stay, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth welcoming process.
  • Providing Tea / coffee / snacks / welcome drink/ chocolates to customers & their childrens based on their need.
  • Providing information about our services, amenities, to enhance customer experience.
  • Address guest / Customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner and passing the information's to concern dept.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure reception , Huddle's & other areas are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Organize special requests, such as transportation, or other needs
  • Promote our services and upsell amenities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all office areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to office standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a guest relations role within a star-rated hotel or relevant housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Good & professional looking female staffs are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer systems and hotel management .
  • Flexibility to work including weekends and holidays (Alternate days week off & comp off's will be given).
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
