Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, students, or partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
  • Promote the school's or organization's services through campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and marketing materials to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Admissions, Accounts, etc.) for smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, exhibitions, and outreach events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements in strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (education sector experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position.
  • Requires field visits, client meetings, and participation in events or exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
