Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, students, or partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
- Promote the school's or organization's services through campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Meet and exceed business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and marketing materials to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Admissions, Accounts, etc.) for smooth execution of initiatives.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Represent the organization in meetings, exhibitions, and outreach events.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements in strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (education sector experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position.
- Requires field visits, client meetings, and participation in events or exhibitions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
