**About Us**
**The Role**
We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive** to join our team in **Chennai**. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing task management systems, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and communicate customer requests using a task management system
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly
- Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure compliance with company protocols
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including follow-up logs and call recordings (system will be provided)
- Train customers on company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tasks and client requests promptly
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and follow-up logs
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to address client needs as they arise

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
