**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Support, Technical Support, and Online Support skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- UK shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
