**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide necessary guidance.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude and a passion for helping customers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is advantageous.
