**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues.
- Promote products, schemes, and campaigns to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- **Gender**: Female
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in Telecalling/Customer Support/Sales Support in FMCG or related industry.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

**Additional Details**
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Timing**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (may vary slightly)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
