- Provide training & support to the clients.
- Handling Software Implementation Support
- Understand and map the software process with client requirements.
- Experience in ticket handling, monitoring, processes, and metrics.
- Ready to travel as per the requirement.
- Must be able to meet tight timelines
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively across geographies/time zones
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
