We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive with 4-6 years of experience in International BPO voice support You will be the primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Your role will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints via voice channels Use customer service software and CRM tools to manage cases and ensure accurate documentation Process orders and assist with invoicing and logistics queries Handle stressful situations calmly and help diffuse upset customers Interpret instructions and provide solutions in scenarios with limited standardization Manage multiple tasks and prioritize time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality Work effectively in night shifts as per business requirements Key Skills Qualifications 4 to 6 years experience in International BPO voice support roles Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficient in customer service software CRM tools order processing systems spreadsheets and word processing Strong ability to multitask and manage time under pressure Basic knowledge of logistics invoicing retail barcode or printing industries is a plus Fluency in English spoken written and comprehension Ability to work independently and think critically in dynamic environments Apply by sending your CV to
