**Position Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Overview**:
As a Customer Support Appointment Fixer, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of appointments for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise between customers and our service providers to arrange appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**:
**Appointment Scheduling**:
Understand customer needs and preferences to schedule appointments at convenient times.

Coordinate with service providers to ensure availability and allocate resources efficiently.

**Customer Interaction**:
Interacting with customers through prompts involves initiating and guiding conversations to provide assistance, gather feedback, or address inquiries. you should effectively engage with customers using prompts

**Record Keeping and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of appointment details, including dates, times, and customer preferences.

Update customer profiles and databases with relevant information to streamline future interactions.

**Qualifications**:
1.High school diploma or equivalent; or bachelor's degree preferred.

2.Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is advantageous.

3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

4.Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

5.Flexibility to adapt Rotational or Nightshifts.
