**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to quality standards and company policies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **[Specify Languages - English, Hindi and Tamil]**.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree is Mandatory;Master degree is added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
