
Customer Support Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
**Order Processing**:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage and update customer accounts and order information in the company's system.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with different departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to streamline customer support processes.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer support metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skill Required**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role is often required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Adept at analyzing problems and finding effective solutions.
- Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
