**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for service-related updates
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer details
- Provide after-service support and ensure client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Education: Any degree
- 1-2 years of customer support experience (Real estate background is a plus)
- Strong communication in Tamil and English
- Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, and Excel
- Calm, professional, and customer-oriented approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
