Job Description - Service Coordinator - Customer Service Support:
Designation : Co-ordinator_ Customer Service Support

Educational Qualification : Diploma/ UG-ECE-E&I, EEE

Experience : 3 to 4 yrs Experience

Job Location : Based in Chennai

Salary : 23K to 25K
- Attending to complaints & any other queries.
- Coordinate with the customer & service engineers for execution of installation of the equipment at customer site.
- Plan engineers service calls.
- Offer quotations / tenders for service / spare / AMC’s.
- Coordination with the customers for PO, payment release, document for spare supply etc.,
- Service order processing.
- Coordination for delivery of equipment as per customer’s PO.
- Coordinate collection of customer satisfaction feedback reports.
- MIS report preparation.
- Maintenance of records, files, registers etc., on regular basis.
- Any other work assigned, from time to time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Support: 3 years (preferred)
