Service Coordinator

**Requirement**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Service Management:
- Coordinate and manage all service-related activities of the service department.
- Develop and implement service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service progress and resolve any issues that arise during the service process.
2. Customer Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and service teams.
3. Team Coordination:
- Support a team of service technicians and engineers.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service processes.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including service reports, customer interactions, and inventory management.
- Generate and present regular reports on service performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service coordination role or similar field
- Strong Communication Skills in both written and verbal communication. Preferred languages (Hindi, Tamil & English)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
