Service Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Handling:
- Interact with customers to understand their technical issues and provide solutions.
- Manage customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- MIS Management:
- Maintain and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to track support activities and performance metrics.
- Generate regular MIS reports for review and analysis.
- MS Office Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and perform complex calculations.
- Prepare presentations and documents using MS Office tools.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure clear and concise communication in Hindi to cater to the needs of Hindi-speaking customers.
- Report Generation:
- Generate detailed reports on support activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Present reports to management for decision-making and strategy development.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and prioritize support requests to maintain an efficient workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language Proficiency**:English, Hindi
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Experience in handling customers and managing their queries effectively.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills for data analysis and report generation.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
