Customer Support Associate

A **customer support associate's** job role is to provide customer service, manage customer concerns, and build positive customer relationships:
- Prepare for customer inquiries: Study products, services, and customer service processes
Customer support associates should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also be able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Respond to customer inquiries: Understand the inquiry, review previous inquiries and responses, and gather and research information
- Resolve customer issues: Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions
- Document customer interactions: Record customer inquiries, responses, and actions in customer accounts
- Improve customer service: Recommend process improvements and identify new product and service opportunities
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools: Monitor and upgrade customer interaction data, and create automated communications
- Complete clerical work: Word process, copy, and file
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.75 - ₹16,000.60 per month
