**Job Description - Customer Support Executive**
- We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum

Turn around time.
- Handle Clients issues at various locations Pan India on technical queries and

other issues on Tally, speak to various Client dealers in Multilingual on

product/service queries and give them the right solutions.
- Assigning of the Tally Partners to various dealers of the clients.
- Maintain log of the calls handled
- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day

and share with the Team Head and Reporting Manager.
- Maintain high quality of client support in the least turnaround time and with

mínimal escalations on calls.
- Train the user on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.

Requirement
- Any Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of Experience.
- Good Communication skills in English/Tamil/ Hindi/ Telugu
- Knowledge of Tally Prime is added advantage
