AMF Synergy Vision is hiring **Customer Support Executives** for a **Banking Voice Process**. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing seamless support in **Kannada and English**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking services.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.
- Adhere to process guidelines and maintain high service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

**Requirements**:
✔ **Education**: Graduation mandatory (any degree).
✔ **Languages**: Fluent in **Kannada & English** (spoken/written).
✔ **Shift Flexibility**: Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- ✔ **Cab Facility**: Drop cab provided post-10:00 PM (within 15KM radius).

**Details**:

- **Training**: 30-45 days (paid).
- **Salary**: ₹18,000 CTC/month (₹16,000 in-hand after PF deductions).
- **Work Location**: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai - 600058.
- **Week Off**: 1 rotational day off per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
