*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Voice Process Executive to join our team at ICCS for Netmeds. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via phone, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Provide customer support and resolve customer queries

  • Offer product information and solutions to customers

  • Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain high-quality customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

*Eligibility Criteria:*

  • Any degree (freshers welcome, but experience is a plus)

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Experience: 0-6 months (freshers can apply, but candidates with experience will have an added advantage)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
