Job Description Customer Support Executive

Company: ICCS (Client: Tamil Nadu Electricity Board TNEB)

Location: Minnagam Building, Mount Road, Chennai

Language Requirement: Tamil (Fluency Mandatory)

Eligibility

  • Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma (No arrears allowed)
  • Language: Tamil fluency required (spoken & written)
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Salary

  • 11,000 13,000 in-hand per month
  • Benefits: PF, ESI, Attendance Bonus, Overtime Pay

Shift Structure

Rotational Shift (Weekly 1 Day Off)

  • 4 Days: 6-hour shifts

  • 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • 2 Days: 12-hour shifts

  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Fixed 12-Hours Shift (4days work and Weekly 3 Days Off)

  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and resolve electricity-related queries
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved issues
  • Deliver courteous and professional support in Tamil
  • Follow shift schedules and quality standards
