- Coordinate logistics for interview processes, including scheduling and venue setup.
- Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are satisfied with the process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and ability to source top talent from diverse sources.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- 5 days working and 2 sat off
