Job Description :
- Handling outbound renewal premium payment calls and providing correct information regarding policies.
- Motivating customers to pay the due renewal premium on time .
- Convincing customers to revive their overdue or lapsed policies by explaining policy benefits.
- Meeting the process target.
- Following predefined scripts and processes to manage customer queries.
- 100% capturing of calling dispositions and customer feedback in system.
- Adhere to quality parameters of the process and meet all the KPIs
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintaining professional and courteous approach while dealing customer calls .
- Collaborate with team members and highlight issues to meet service standards.
- Exclusively looking for Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada candidates.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Any Graduation
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience in insurance domain or freshers from any industry are welcome to apply.
Working days and timings Monday to Saturday – 9 am to 6.30 pm and Last Sunday of the month
