Business Development Manager (BDM)
who can independently drive
sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
.
Role Overview :-
We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager
with
5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing Sales
. The ideal candidate must have successfully generated leads and closed deals
individually
across platforms such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and direct client acquisition
.
You should be comfortable taking full ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and consistently achieve
a minimum monthly target of $10,000 in fresh revenue
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify, pitch, and qualify potential clients via
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and direct sales
.Sales & Client Acquisition:
Create winning proposals, negotiate contracts, and independently close deals for digital marketing services.Target Achievement:
Achieve
minimum $10,000 fresh revenue per month
through new client acquisition.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and upselling opportunities.Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.Collaboration:
Work closely with our project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements
5+ years experience
in a Digital Marketing Agency handling
sales & lead generation
.
Strong track record of
individually achieving sales targets
.
Hands-on experience with
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and direct sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Age must be less than 35 Years.
