Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, clients/customers needs and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • 3 to 6 years experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹120,000.00 per month
