*Job Summary*
We're seeking a dynamic *Regional Manager* to lead our expansion. You'll drive sales growth, manage teams, and ensure operational excellence while fostering strong client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Strategic Leadership*:
Develop and execute regional business plans to meet/exceed targets.
Expand market presence, identify new opportunities, and manage budgets.
*Team Management*:
Lead, mentor, and train sales/operations staff; ensure KPIs are met.
Conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration.
*Client & Partner Relations*:
Build partnerships, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle escalations and feedback loops.
*Operational Efficiency*:
Optimize logistics, inventory, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and legal standards.
*Reporting & Analytics*:
Track sales, ROI, and market trends. Present insights to leadership.
*Crisis Management*:
Mitigate risks (market changes, disruptions) with agile solutions.
*Brand Advocacy*:
Align regional activities with company values and marketing campaigns.
*Requirements*
*Education*: MBA/PG in Management, Sales, or relevant field.
*Experience*: 4+ years (3+ in leadership).
*Skills*:
*Leadership, negotiation, strategic planning.*
*Proficiency in CRM, Excel, data tools.*
Strong communication (local language + English).
*Certifications*: Sales/Leadership programs (optional).
