Regional IT Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:

- **Key Accountabilities**:
- **Lead generation**: This requires identifying and then acquiring potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- **Develop a relationship**: Long-term customer relationship through sustainable, long-term business relationships.
- **Understanding Client Needs** Ascertains customer needs and sells relevant IT products and solutions to a client.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: To attain monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Obtain current information on our IT offerings to professionally communicate their features and benefits.
- **Reporting**: Distribute periodic sales reports and updates to the management team.
- **Regional Travel**: The person travels around in the given region to meet clients and close deals.

- **Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related degree.
- **Experience**:Significant experience in IT sales or similar role (fresher/experienced).
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Distribute periodic sales reports and updates to the management team.
- The person travels around in the given region to meet clients and close deals.
