**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the Tamil Nadu region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors while actively seeking out and engaging new customers.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites across the Tamil Nadu region to understand needs, provide product training, and address concerns.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and offering effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the automobile spare parts industry, with a strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the Tamil Nadu region.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi; English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of regional customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by road.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
