 - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and VIP customers.
 - Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities.
 - Monitor daily sales operations, team productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
 - Ensure excellent visual merchandising and adherence to brand presentation guidelines.
 - Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
 - Provide training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
 - Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities.
 - Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams for seamless execution.
 - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
 - Maintain high standards of store hygiene, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
 - Represent the brand professionally in all events, exhibitions, and client interactions.
 - Prepare periodic performance reports and present business insights to management.
 - Contribute to overall brand growth and reputation in the luxury jewellery segment
