  • Provide training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of store hygiene, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all events, exhibitions, and client interactions.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and present business insights to management.
  • Contribute to overall brand growth and reputation in the luxury jewellery segment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹750,000.00 per month
