JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION:SALES MANAGER

JOB TYPE:Permanent, Full – Time

SALARY:10,000 to 45,000

WORKING DAYS: 6 days per week

PROBATION: 6 months

LOCATION:Rayala Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Field sales manager supervise the group of sales representatives who works remotely or out of the field.

· Their responsibilities include training sales person executing marketing plans and monitoring the sales team.

· Team Leadership

· Sales Target achievement

· Customer Relationship management

· Training and Development

· Performance monitoring and reporting

· Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities

· Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.

· Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms of contracts with clients.

In essence, a field sales manager acts as a coach, straight and relationship builder, all rolled into one, to drive sales success in the field.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Bachelor's degree related business, marketing, or a related field.

· Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and non – technical clients.

· Strong problem solving skills and customer approach.

· Ability to achieve targets.

· Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Strong negotiation skills with the particular clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
