**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including corporates, hotels, restaurants, and retailers.
- Present the product features, pricing, and benefits to clients, focusing on sustainability and IoT-enabled solutions.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Generate revenue by onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- **Market Research**:
- Gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth in the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Field Visits**:
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients in person, demonstrate products, and close deals.
- Report daily activities, leads, and closures to the Sales Manager.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for account management and order fulfillment.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales (freshers with a passion for sales are welcome).
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and manage accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with the B2B water delivery, FMCG, or HORECA sector is a plus.
Pay: ₹382,340.38 - ₹613,711.51 per year
